8th Ed. Skrox with javelins

If the unit was within range with they're javelins and decided to fire would all skinks get a shot each? Does the Kroxigor block the back row?
Also if they get charged the stand and shoot reaction is a shot from every skink yes?

Only the two first ranks are allowed to fire unless you use bows. This means in a 6 wide unit of skinks with two krox only 8 will be allowed to shoot.
