8th Ed. Slann can fly?

In the newest Lizardmen FAQ:

"Q: Can a Slann ride on a Magic Carpet? (p43)
A: No. Whilst the Slann is an infantry model he specifically is not on
foot."
 
Kinda sucks that despite being on a floating palinquin levitated by his own awesomeness, he is one of the only characters who is not allowed to fly. =(
