Slann with custom base!

I just finished my slann and was wondering how you all feel about the custom base and the horns I added above the head. Im wondering if I should ditch the horns or keep em. Anyways let me know what you all think!

It seems quite tall, but I like it. The horns look good. Maybe he's got lore of beasts? I like the painting in general, too. One thing in the photo, possibly due to the flash, but it looks like the shading in the recesses isn't very strong. The horns also look like they would greatly benefit from a wash, and an extra highlight.

Yeah, the lighting in my house in general isnt very good, but it probably actually could be darker. Thanks, I should try the wash, im not the best highlighter, I practice but ive never been able to especially on horns. But i might as well try it now. Thanks mossy

I love the base, but I'm not too crazy about the horns. Something about them says "Viking helmet" to me. They certainly don't look bad, but IMO they don't add anything to the model.

But overall, nice job. I especially like the yellow highlighting around the eyes and on the skinks back. It complements the green/orange color scheme very well.

I like the horns, and I love the base. I would suggest some more depth to the green on the slann's skin. Not that you asked, but it looks rather flat and would benefit from shading and highlighting.
