Great idea! three may be to many skulls... the feathers i like though, does it form a total bird? (is not clearly visible from this angle) Keep up the good work, keep improving Gr, Imrahil
I have finished the chotec puma and have swiftly moved onto the huanchi (which is still undergoing design and is only about 1/4 way through):
, Im not feeling my best today and have a bit of a cold so I'm going to be working on the tree since it isn't as hard work as doing the patterns and icons on the pumas.
The tree is finished, ill post a picture tomorrow at some point as the lighting is really bad and I'm quite tired.
The tree gives it a lot of height and more of a jungle theme, its a shame it hides the snake and its eggs below. I was planning to do 2 trees but I think one is enough as it allows you to look into the model, furthermore if I did two a lot of the detail would be hidden.
I wanted to add some more "sotek" themed things so I'm going to add loads of skaven heads dangling off the tree on chains, and I found this signpost. the thing is lizardmen aren't a fan of paper so I'm going to whip out my green stuff and make a plaque Also, I have finished Sun ray and moon beam,my Huanchi inspired pumas.along with 4/6 of the spikes All I have left is 4-5 skulls and heads on chains, a cleanup, 2 big spikes and the skink priest who im going to try my best on and take it really slow, especially with his massive jaguar skin cloak.
Yea, I think its all about the little things and small details because that's what truly makes it a chunk of the jungle/its own little scene
I will post another few pictures once its bright and I have good lighting, all I have left is the skink priest and an owl
Using a better camera and some natural light its looking pretty good. Some close ups, for some reason that spike has some fibers on D: (barley noticeable) Overall really fun project that still needs mushrooms xD Also well I'm at it I have started work on my skink priest, I'm really going at it for this model, I want it to be my best, after all it does need to stand out and be worthy of that thing ^
Just ridiculously awesome!!! these pictures does it all more justice. something to be proud of! Really curious about the starpriest now Gr, Imrahil
The greatest thing is: you had a clear picture in your mind, sketched it out and worked it out brilliantly. Gr, Imrahil
