The worst one I would say would be the Motion Picture, which is an immense drag at times. Originally I would also have put the Final Frontier as one of the worst as well, but the most recent time I watched it I found it to be less bad than I thought it was. But then I find the Wrath of Khan to be very overrated so my taste in the Trek films is as probably as unique as my taste in Star Wars :D

Worst of the TNG movies?

First Contact is the best, followed by Generations. That leaves Insurrection vs Nemesis.
