To be honest I can't see them doing this given Carrie Fisher's dead and Mark and Harrison are golden oldies now, but the fact that they recreated young Luke for The Mandalorian and young Leia for Rogue One means anything is possible I suppose. It would likely confirm Disney's plans to retcon the Sequel Trilogy entirely, unless they somehow intend to adapt Heir to the Empire into a way to link up Episode VI to Episode VII, which would likely cause a fan mutiny.

Personally I'd rather they did something completely different and new to retcon the Sequels (something that isn't woke, full of soulless OT tributes or just plain stupid), rather than just make a film of an existing novel, not to mention release it through mainstream cinema rather than their streaming service, because I'm starting to intensely dislike streaming services because of the way they are threatening established society.

A couple of weeks ago we watch LEGO Masters NL/BE for the first time with our kids, including our youngest son (3 years old). It was the Star Wars themed episode :)
The contestants needed to build a replica of a Stormtrooper so in the studio there was a Stormtrooper for every team.

Now our son refers to the Stormtroopers as LEGO Masters :hilarious:
