AoS Starpriest and prayers

Hi, I am just starting collecting Seraphon and I have a question related to the priest keyword. I just read the Warhammer community article and they seem to imply that the starpriest can use prayers, but as far as I can tell they do not have the priest keyword on their warscroll. Does the starpriest keyword at the bottom of the warscroll allow the starpriest to cast curse or other prayers on the 3rd edition core rulebook?

It does not. There are two explanations for this it could be that this is a Prelude to them getting the priest keyword or it could be g w messing up wouldn't be the first time
