I finally painted something new, another Stegadon for an upcoming tournament. I like the way it turned out, a slightly different body color from the last Stegadon (which you can check out on my photbucket page if you are interested).

I think the two look good when they are side by side.

Looks really nice, me like. Pretty diffrent from what I'm used to see. But then again I dont really see that much.

About the skinks, have you pinned ther feet to make them removeble? Or how do you keep em in place.

That is a very nice stegadon, my eyes keep getting drawn to the stone plaques on the top, you did a great job there.

Great work, looks good. Nice use of washes on the steg body, ammirite?

wonderful job i must say, and well played on the earth tones accented by the red detailing.

You've done a great job! very realistic.
Painting the glyphs white adds a very nice affect.

Do you have anymore pictures of your army?

I have other pictures of my army on my photobucket page, you can check it out over at

As for the skinks, they aren't pinned in place, I just have them balanced there... it doesn't work very well while playing. To tell the truth, when I play I usually just put a dice in the howda to represent the number of skinks left.

pixelsponge: You might want to try pinning one of each of the skinks legs to the howdah. Don't glue them, this way you can remove them when they die and it's easier on transporting. Try making the pin holes in the cracks of the glyphs so when you take them out during the game no one can tell.

I saw your other pics on photobucket and those coldone riders are pretty cool looking. I also like the slann meditating on the rock.

I looked at your photobucket pix too, I like all the white highlights standing out from the earthy colors. I t has a very nice crustacean feel :)

The models in your photobucket look amazing! What colors did you use for the Carnasaur and Saurus warriors? Thanks!

Those bucket pictures are sweet.
I have been looking for a different theme for my unpainted lizzards.

A quick run-down on how you did models would be great.

I really love the contrast between the skinks skin and scales, the bright scales look awsome. May I ask which colors you have used to create this effect?
