AoS Summoning hunting packs

So Ive noticed that with the new summoning it says for 12 points u can summon 1 hunting pack. The hunting pack doesn't actually specify the amount of models / razordons / salamanders in the unit so does this mean u can summon a 12 model hunting pack (9 skink handlers, 3 razordons/salamanders) for the same amount of points?

 

considering that all the rest are min units (with one exception) i would say no

 

Rules as written I think your opponent can argue that you only get 1 salamander or 1 handler before you get a 12 sized unit.

 

Salamander and Razordon hunting packs have a minimum of 4 models per unit. Refer to the special rules on their warscroll:

"1 in every 4 models in this unit must be a Salamander instead of a Skink Handler"
"1 in every 4 models in this unit must be a Razordon instead of a Skink Handler"

So Regardless of if it is RAW or RAI, you will summon 1 Sally/razor and 3 Handlers.
