No the ice caps are okay. Polar Bears are losing habitat to climate change and then they suffer losses due to poaches. Much like the plight of the giant panda, though giant pandas are losing more habitat to human expansion rather than global warming.

Habitat reduction from two perspectives. The plight of the Pika is one of the more heart-rending stories of climatic influence, in an omg-they're-so-cute-but-they're-all-going-to-die kind of way.
