Agreed! Terrain building is loads of fun. It's a really cool & rewarding aspect of the hobby.

I love making bases, see the tree on cliff from my blog... Terrain seems the next step.

I'm tempted to make a graveyard and paint a vampire to stand in it... Just waiting for a suitable painting comp to do it for.

Awesome stuff seriously

Lots of fantastic inspiration from real-world Mayan ruins, carvings, and artifacts. I am planning to use a lot of the designs as inspiration for my terrain creations. Some of the best pics of Mayan temple-cities are right on the first page!

I love this thread, definitely one of my favorites. I like to check it from time to time. The author takes terrain to levels way about my own meager talents, and its great to see what they produce!
