@Crowsfoot Wow that is a whole heap of amazing! He is looking awesome.

And kudos on being brave enough to convert such a rare and expensive model. I have one myself, and I know I wouldn't have the guts to try to convert it (of course, I have nowhere near the level of skill that you do).

I think your work is too good. It might have the opposite effect, by scaring people off. For instance, I wouldn't be keen on entering a bench press contest if the guy before me just benched 700lbs.

So to encourage people without scaring them off for such a good conversion here is a bit of what I'm working on :)

Its a top down because I've tried to make him more boily and he has a really long cape - the story behind him is that his massive boil surrounded by other boils looks like a boil crown :P and his cape over his back is to hide more of his boils, (why am I calling them boils? warts!) he has a server case of the warts but mostly on his back, I've applied some extra to the front too. In any case he's very sensitive about it and hides what he can with the cape :P

Never thought of that, well maybe I won’t enter or maybe I might enter something else
 
Do it :) I'm going to be using green stuff to try too - been looking up some tutorials how to work with the stuff better since my past uses of it are bad - there is a surprisingly scarce amount of videos out there it seems to me anyhow
 
Great idea! I'll keep this in mind. It would be fun to try tackling a slain.
 
This is still running by the way ;) sorry I haven't been able to dedicate much time to the thread - I've had it updated to competition status now :) hopefully you're all keeping your cards close to your chest with your creations
