Ok I know I said I would just be posting finished pics but check this guy out. For my personal collection :)

Hoping to paint some Seraphon soon too :) but my next commission start in a couple of week so we will see!

Hahah Ok cool.

First face with one horn is not attached , I did it to paint it easier. Its a different color from the rest of the model. I think it will really make it pop. Some people will love it, others im sure will hate it lol. The color aren't to off from each other, but just enough to make a difference. I will post it once I get everything in the way painted.
 
Man I love that stag beetle model. I might have to get one.
 
That yellow horn/face looks awesome! Really stands out and has this magical armoured looking effect to it! So cool!
 
Could be, but I think it breaks it up nicely and adds a lot of character. You blended the colours so well that it all flows very nicely in my opinion.

Thanks, yes it was a lot of layers. Still need to do the edge highlights. I was really hoping to knock this model out and a Bastiladon on my break but I'm not even sure if this one will get fnished :(
 
I am looking forward to that bastiladon when you do get the time to do it.
 
Beautiful blue on that bastiladon. :artist: You did an amazing job painting all the nicks and cracks on his armor.

Thanks! I'm happy the blue turned out nice, it was a lot of mixing and blending. I used the Scale 75 blue paint set, it comes out really nice and very .... chalky like.... supppppper flat.

I was hoping to be done with this guy but I keep adding on little details here and there. hoping to be done today.
 
This is gorgeous! That blue really catches the eye. The purple crystal on top looks spectacular.
 
Yeah! Really cool... Might steal the purple crystal for my basty... If I ever start painting it...;)
