Blog The Mighty Army Of Bowser

A good pair of scissors go a long way. With the 20 and 25 mm you can basically cut out whatever shapes you need, Iused one for the eyebrows. The knife is mostly used for clean up, though you do have to be careful if you're removing the circles from the bottom. Take your time, do a good job, you'll only have to do it once, and no injuries means you can move on to the next job seamlessly.

Pretty unlikely given my work schedule, the wife's work and school schedule and the kids school and sports schedules. I had one game of bloodbowl 6 months ago using proxies, so not a whole lot of hobby time. Though you never know, may find time some day.

An early 6th Edition plastic Dwarf Warrior! I'm on the lookout for some of those to add to my 4th Edition Hammerer unit (the models for which look quite similar - the Hammerers' beards are longer as befits their senior status, but now I have some Green Stuff that can be amended).

Once I had the chance to get up to two boxes of them, but missed it to get the SPQR Rulebook, which I don't regret because SPQR's excellent. I have however managed to find a place where bitz from the kit can be purchased cheaply, including bodies and legs, and have managed to get one so far.
 
Lovely theme and good conversions! Great humour and imagination in choice of bits and builds.
 
Nice akhorn! Did you use him All ready? Wanted to use him in my snotling team.

I always imagine him tearing a black orc apart:D
 
I haven't yet, but he's my inducement for next game! I threw those two together the night before a game, had him used on me, and he killed a flesh golem. Skrull got the 13 square pass to my werewolf though!
 
My next game is versus chaos dwarf. First in our league. He has Team value of 1300 or so.. I have 950. that will be a masaker for my snottis. 3 bribes and maybe kreec roust... Or akhorn and fungus

Akhorne is good because dauntless should help get him up to strength, and claws help to break that dwarfy armour. Then again Kreek and Fungus is double ball and chain, which is always fun!
 
This whole thread is full of such fun and whimsical conversions. It was a joy looking through all of your fine work.
