Found it Searched on "Russian odd planes" first picture It is called a Lun-class ekranoplan which isn't exactly a plane Grrr, Imrahil
It's an Lun-class ekranoplan (ground-effect plane). Like everything with Russian design philosophy, this one doesn't disappoint in its own ork-like way. Wingspan: 44.00 m Length 73.80 m Height: 19.20 m Empty Weight: 243,000 kg Maximum Take-Off Weight: 380,000 kg Maximum Speed: 500 km/h Range: 2,000 km Altitude of Flight: 1-5 m Aircrew: 10 Edit: ninja'd
