Raffaele Stumpo Art has made a lot of cool, impressive and incredibly talented conversions and sculpts.
Once in a while they fully sculpt a model from one of the images within the lore/battletomes and they look just spot on.

I must say that it is the most impressive Kholek / Dragon Ogre Shaggoth conversion I have ever seen. I'd love to give it a try, but those are some very pricy models and I'm doubtful that I could pull it off.
