i see 2-3-5 as probable choices

3 is not that appealing to me as we already have a lot of free treatments... but given that i still manage to spend money on medical care, it would be still a solid gain.
2-5... well that depends on the house and also on the car (i suppose that i will be able to change the car when it comes at the end of its life, around 200k km, right?)

I'll vote #3 (medical care be expensive, yo) and #8 (I consider pet food and toiletries to be in my grocery budget, along with Lego since my grocery store happens to be Target, so woo, free Lego) :D
