Blog The Return of the Slann

That saurus warrior block is amazing. So lively! and that slann is pro. Just simply amazing.

Great looking unit there. I would love to see close ups of indidividual models. I would also love to know your recipe since I'm looking for a similar color scheme for my Spear Saurus. Impressive work to say the least, looking forward to seeing more :D.

Very cool base on the Slann, very cool unit, and yeah I will move this up to Paint Logs for you!

Amazing work, Saurus are fresh and origional,
Your Slann is simply inspiring. :D

Totally awesome.
They are outstanding. The colours and the execution... Wow. Just wow.

Thanks a lot everyone! The more I read, the more I get motivated to paint! Unfortunately, I've been paint the bastard children of Chaos (Beastmen!) but I did take the time to snap a quick pick of my first Salamander. Unsure about the color scheme, what you do all think?

Awesome Job on that oldblood scale work on the shield looks badass with the white :D the scales on the actual model look really good as well keep it up

Thanks ! I see the Lizardmen as "holy warriors" of some sort and I think white is the perfect color for that.

I've finished my 1k list for Adepticon, now it's time to make a display board (After I paint a few more beastmen =/).

Here is an updated pic of the saurus:

...thank you for that!

I've been wondering how to P&M my fledgling Lizzie army, that your words just made it all fall into place. I owe you one!

And I of course agree with the rest of the guys about your work, it's amazing. I'd love to know how you did the Saurus' bases... and, you know, anything else you wanna share about your techniques! ;)

Cheers mate and once again - stunning stuff, can't wait for more!

Those bases are spectacular! That's the effect I'm trying to get, but not quite reaching.

All around fantastic minis, too.
