8th Ed. "They're Everywhere!" .... I can't be the only one

It didn't matter, last time they were core, if specifically said that it didn't count toward min core selection...
 
It is worth mentioning that Tehenhauin negates the unstable rule of the swarms he joins. That is the only way I am placing swarms right now.
