This is my favorite fluff snippet from 40K. Arguably it breaks canon by making the Ogryn too smart. But it's got a good Forest Gump vibe.
I think this is how I think a lot of Kroxigor would think and behave.
Since Lizardmen don't have "mommas" this would be a brotherly thing. With skinks and kroxigor you sort of a have a big brother/little brother with the little skinks having the "big brother" role of being cleverer and more knowledgeable while obviously kroxigor are physically bigger which implies a big brother protective role.
