I especially like the sail and the blue tongue (no idea why )

The blend of the light purple into the grey is nice.

The paint on the claws seem a little thick though, do you thin your paints?

I assume you have a start collecting box, so when is the saurus warriors and cold ones coming?

Looks great! What you are you thinking for basing?

Thanks man! I don’t normally thin my paints except if I’m doing washes. I can notice the hard line in the picture tho now that you mention it. I actually got the starclaw strikehost box. I have about 2500 points painted from years past but since I’m getting into AOS I got this battalion to paint some new models! Mainly monsters :)

I was thinking maybe some sand and tuffs of grass, that seems like a popular combination.
Basing can really take the models/army to the next level, but choose something you like, not just something that is popular :) But maybe that is what you meant?

I think the rider could use a wash, and of course you should do a beautiful base for your Troggy, but otherwise he is looking really nice, great job!

Thanks! I did wash the priest with a darker blue, what would you recommend for a more impactful wash? A darker colour maybe?

I guess I just like it because it seems simple, and I want my army to all match. Got a lot of basing to do haha

Good job, I like it!
When you have completed it, post the finished model into our gallery art! ;)

I think if you just use the blue wash again, but just apply it to the deeper crevices using a small brush, that would add contrast.
Also the claws of the rider look very bright, you could apply a sepia shade there.

Really nice model, while the body seems kinda dull in color, that helps draw attention to the colorful rider, the scary claws and jaws, and a blue tongue. Really well done, keep it up!

Thays why its so good, its also unusual and new, best of all it looks like an actual creature from a cave

Thanks very much! Yah I loved the albino look and kinda went from there

Good tips, definitely will try it out
