Perhaps a stupid question, but does the extra attack apply to all parts of a model, or just one? Examples being, stegadon, do all the skinks fight with 2A? Or cold one cavalry, will the cold one fight with an extra attack there?

Hoverboy is right. The spell says you target the unit. The skinks on the stegadon are part of the unit and will be affected as well.

Sweet. I assumed it worked this way, but thought i'd check before blitzing people with WS10, I10, A2 ASF skinks (if only you could get that strength up too....)

A second query is what happens when you put it on models with an unbuffed movement of 6. Do they get movement 12 (24" march) or movement 10 (20" march) because of the rule saying that bno stat can go above 10. I would assume they only get the 10" movement but am not entirely sure.

They get the movement of 10, because the rules do state that no stat can go above 10.

Yes since the spell dosen't have permission to ignore tha cap rule the highest you can get from it is 10.
