So... those who have been following my weird conversion attempts in this blog-ish thing here will have seen these:
Stormsquigz. Grots on squigs wif rokkit packs. Buuuuuuuuut, dey lack some punch. And some leadership. Dey need... a boss. A PROPA boss.
So I bring you...
BOSS SQUIGSTUKK!!!
Holstered slugga on da squig's forehead (because it is the only place the rider can reach), big twin rokkits as a jump pack!
Rack uv rokkits on da back ta drop on fings we fly over...
Metal add-on to the squig jaws to make dem... "Da Vulture's Jaws," and a moon-sickle to be a choppa, and we have Boss Squigstukk, my Boss Zagstukk stand-in. He's mean, he's slightly green, and he's got big teeth!

A fantastic conversion job you’ve made there! I recently built and painted some Squig Hoppers and can agree that the kit is fantastic. Turning Squigs into Stormboyz is an even more fantastic idea.
You thought standard Night Goblins were enough for the universe to bear... think again, for they’ve made the leap into SPAAAAACE!

Time for more conversions! For those who do not know, I recently added a new army to my stable of... waaaay too many armies. Beasts of Chaos, this time. I had such an army under 5th edition rules, where they were... metal... and was one of the only armies that my High School buddy's Wood Elves couldn't shoot off the table in one or two rounds of shooting. I have some Ungor, some Gor, picked up a Chimera and an old metal chariot from ebay, but something was missing. Conversions! I like converting stuff, so I have to have SOME kind of conversions in this army!
So let me see, what do we have here?
10 7th edition Wood Elf Glade Rider horses I picked up for $20 on ebay...
Add a box of Gors...
...and some old Goblin Wolf Rider bits, and what do you get????
CENTIGORS!!!
Also proof that the flash on my phone might be set a tad too bright.

A very creative kit bash. Looks good.
I must mention (since my wife plays the woodland pointy eared army) that the Wood Elves, being sworn enemies of the Beastmen, would not be pleased with such defilement. On the other hand, @Lord Agragax of Lunaxoatl will be tremendously pleased!

A most excellent way of converting Centigors! I never would have thought Gor bodies would fit so well onto Wood Elf Glade Rider horses. An excellent job there, my fellow Beastlord!
I aim to do something similar with some Chaos Marauder horses I have, when I can manage to get a box of Gors. I wonder if the Chaos Marauder horse bodies will be a bit chunkier compared to the Wood Elf steeds, but then I do have some Green Stuff that I can use to fill in the join if one part turns out to stick out more than the other.

I aim to do something similar with some Chaos Marauder horses I have, when I can manage to get a box of Gors. I wonder if the Chaos Marauder horse bodies will be a bit chunkier compared to the Wood Elf steeds, but then I do have some Green Stuff that I can use to fill in the join if one part turns out to stick out more than the other.

If it helps any, I had to trim down the gor hips and waist to fit the horses. Marauder horses might require less of a diet

Finally finished this conversion. 10 Wood Elf (6th ed) Glade Rider horses + box of Gors + old Goblin Wolf Rider sprues (for the spears and quivers to turn into wineskins) + a few other bits (skeleton toot horn, some banner bits) = 10 Centigors! They aren't perfect, but they look right, they're on the right bases, and they're 100% official GW bits (and some wire, glue, and cork, but still).
