More images, Empires vs. Greenskins and what looks like Karl Franz fighting Azhag.

    Nice,

I never really liked (or got used to) the game play of the Rome total war and gave up on it pretty fast.
But perhaps, worth an other try.

Perhaps it's the big monsters and flying dragons, but this doesn't look like any Total war game I've ever played. It's going to be interesting how this will work, the flying unit especially seems like an issue, at least how the mechanic of the game usually flows.

In general I really like the total war series. The grandeur of the battle and the entire huge world, you set out to conquer. It's really got a nice feeling about it. Though they tend to be, well let's say a little buggy, so purchasing the game later on is actually worth it. That's not so good for the company of course, meaning less sale the first important month, but it's their own darn fault. If you're to wait, like I believe I will myself, you might also be capable of grabbing a lizardmen expansion along the buy in that time. :)
