It explains how we got there, we saw a big screaming space dragon and said "oh yeah, let's head towards that." Y'know, as we do. Still doesn't explain how we became daemons, though.
To anyone who has access to the new warscrolls, are Oxotl and Kroq'Gar still named characters? Or are they just generic heros like Gor'rok and Chakax are now? My shitty phone can't support the ap.
I was explaining to my friend how most of my heroes are no longer named characters, meaning I could now take multiples! Showed him the AOS App compared to the downloaded battle scrolls. See how Cakax is now just an eternity warden? I can take 3 or 4 and with 2 hanging with lord Kroak he is just that much harder to kill, and with the others hanging out with a couple of units of TG. Well... good luck!
Found Oxyotl! He was hanging out with Tehenhauin, skink chief and jungle swarms! On the AOS App under lizardmen! Strange to split them off like that.
Well... There never was an only-one-of-every-named-character-rule in AoS. You can play 12 Kroaks since ever. The only one-per-army-rule has this one Stormcast who's wielding Sigmars hammer. Yeah, it's like the Tree-Kin are still Wood Elves and all other forest spirits are Sylvaneth. It means it got not in the AoS setting.
Just in case someone still wondering about the images accuracy at its description, I've checked, again, how many miniatures are at Starbeast Constellation and Thunderbeast Host. Thunderbeast host shows 6 miniatures, with one Ripper pack, but indeed It have 6 more of them according to the description. I've also counted each single piece form Starbeast Constelation, and from 198 miniatures mentioned, there are 191 miniatures at the shop image. So 6 Rippers and one Carno are still missing but included at this bundle. I'm still wondering why there are two Gor-Rok/Oldbloods. Meanwhile, this bundle cand divide itself to every other bundle, but the Eternal Starhost has a Chakax on it. Has ever the Gor-Rok kit being avaible with Chkax pieces? Maybe there are two Oldbloods just for anyone who want to convert one of them into an Eternity Warden.
what about lord mazdamundi? I know he never had a model but he had rules, even for AoS it said to treat him like an engine of the gods but in the seraphon battletome I couldn't find a page where it had a list of "treat this like this"... did I miss something or is he out of the picture now?
Some of the Lizardmen characters are not converted to AOS so they are not used as the named character in AOS and some have been dropped completely but who knows if they will return. With the new Seraphon rules I don't think we are missing much as the updated scrolls are pretty good. Namely: Mazdamundi, Tekko, Tehenhauin, Gor rok, Jungle swarm, Skink chief
but is it still possible to use mazdamundi as engine of the gods like the previous rules said or does he officialy no longer have rules since they don't appear in the battletome?
Official he has no rules but I would say you can proxy him as an EOG as long as your opponent agrees. The Lizardmen scrolls were just that for Lizardmen, the battletome is Seraphon so you have to play with either the Lizardmen scrolls or the Seraphon scrolls, don't mix and match.
