Very nice!I'll be able to enter my LGS's AoS drop in night on Monday with 1k points, but I had to finish my Starseer up first. So here he is!

I went to my LGS last week for a drop-in 1000 point game, but as it turns out there aren't a whole lot of AoS players in my city :/ so nobody was there
Another beauty!Anyhow, I've started on the next 10 warriors! Here's the first one. I also just bought a huge bag of "reptile bark bits" that make really nice rocks for bases that I got to use for this guy.

Thanks! I'm personally of the opposite opinion, I usually find models to be quite bland if they have a bare or plainly painted base. There are exceptions out there of course, but I personally quite enjoy depicting my minis in their respective environments.I'm usually not a fan of busy bases but with the saurus on top it doesn't really pull attention away from the main focus would look great on a matching table.
Thank you! The blades are meant to be a layman's obsidian, as I'm not particularly skilled at stuff like NMM.Very nice! Your bases always look awesome. I'm a big fan of the directional striations on the weapons too

That turned out very well! Finally finished up my last warriors and got started on a brand new unit type. Kroxigors!! I'm beyond excited how good they are this edition, so now is a great time to get them painted up from my two Vanguard boxes.
As always, I picked a lizard as inspiration for my paint style. I decided to use the Red Headed Agama:

I also decided to go all out for this first guy and make him as dynamically posed as possible. I wanted to evoke the image of the krox stepping over a little pool of water mid swing.
