Great work everyone! Solid entries.
Since I love such things myself I'll give my thoughts on the entries.

Looks like a lot of effort was put into this, from the base, to the paintjob. The banner attached to the Saurus' back, well old boy Kroqy G, being similar in some form to the newer scar vet on aggradon model.
I like the vibrant colors, and it is just painted well, whether it's the gems, the colour transitions , the stonework - everything. The conversions like the saddle and helmet for the carnosaur are also well done.
If I had to give one overall critique, I'd say it might be too busy, as there is so much going on with the model, and a lot of detail everywhere - each thing is great in isolation, but the eye does not have a place to rest.
That said, this is the entry that took my vote.

It's hard to make marble look good, I've tried myself with no success, but this achieves it. It is cleanly done.
I like that several colors for the marbling was chosen, makes it more interesting to look at, especially with the large surfaces.
My main critique here would be, that shadows might have been pushed more, but that might just as well be due to the flash used for the image - and then the golds might have had more highlighting - still a solid entry.

Haven't even seen these models before, but I like them.
I would not have thought to use the blue on these myself, If I were to paint them, regardless it works very well here, and the transitions to the green are very well done. So is the contrast of the colors, with highlights and shadows, and the bases are also well done.
Here I think my main point would be to find a better setting for the images, as the location is somewhat distracting from the models.
It was very close to getting my vote.
