KA personal mumblings:

1 - Drull and Dribl
I just LOVE sand-themed lizardmen. The color palette is very...delicate, and the duo is just beautiful, with very nice details. Since i saw it, i knew it would have probably taken one of my votes... but of course, other entries had their own big merits, that shook the roots of my resolution

2 - Sotek Starpriest
I really love the starpriest model, so that's a big bonus in my book. Good attention to details and a really nice base help too. I think it's a solid model.

3 - Char-Okuil
nice, very clean painting and i personally love the gold effect on whiskers' trinkets. IMO the model suffers from a...lack of variety? i feel the blue is too much uniform.

4 - Takal Prime Chief
oh, another model i love. As said i like sand lizards, and that blue turns the model into a sort of otherwordly creature. It's almost glowing, a strong contender for a vote. Maybe it took it...

5 - Atlatl spear thrower
old school models are not an easy task to paint at a level high enough to compete with newer ones,. and old metal terradons don't help. All in all, impressive result.

6 - Sleech Sleet and chungus
i like your take on the bastiladon's natural armor. the deep brown and dark green turns the beast into something that i expect to see in a real jungle, a dinosaur that blends naturally with the surrounding (and i'm a sucker for this kind of things). The colorful snakes add that touch of needed variety.

7-skinks on stegadon
well, majestic model, it's hard to find a flaw in this exceptional piece. If i want to find a downside, is that it's "easier" to create a wonderful piece when you start from a model that offers so much, that is naturally "born" to be a centerpiece... so i could appreciate more the lone skinks that constitute other entries, which are maybe harder to make shine. Nonetheless, an obvious contender for one on my votes

Love these kind of reviews/thoughts, and you have put some real though into it - have a Spider-Man :spiderman:
I would love these to be something to return for every contest :D (I can hope at the very least)

And the winner is @Explodingzeb with his crew of skinks riding a magnificent stegadon

Congratulations! Your winning entry is now featured in the Hall of Fame thread! :)

This contest was a replica of the success of the first one: seven entries, high quality and more than 20 voters.
For the next competition, the theme will be chosen by @Explodingzeb (pm me as soon as you know the theme :))

cheers to everyone involved!
