Hi all!

Sorry that it has been awhile since my last update. Between work and lack of motivation I haven't gotten any painting done. But! I have refound motivation in the form of a Thunder Beast Host box! So more painting to come again soon(tm)

Scar-Vet on Carno that I plan on putting a metal strip under his feet so I can pop him on to a magnetic base so I also have an Old blood on foot!

So I am finishing up my Knights! Just need to do some fine details for the most part.

The one on the left is a Scar-Vet conversation. Cold One is Unpainted because I am crowd sourcing color ideas to make it stick out from the rest.

These guys look awesome! How different are you looking to go on the scar vet? A regal purple too far? Maybe just a brighter green.
 
Man that looks cool! The purple and blue on that cold one is fantastic! The red scar vet with the yellow eyes looks epic! The head fear is an awesome touch, and that shield os gorgeous. Seriously awesome job on this
 
Started working on my Scar-Vet on Carno. Doing things very similar to my last Carno. Painted the scales black then dry brushed it blue.

So this is my ice of wisdom!

Step 1: paint the belly white.
Step 2: Glaze it blue!20160928_215606.jpg
Step 3: Add another layer of blue glaze

Step 5: Dry brush white.

That looks so cool! It turned out perfectly! Amazing job and I may just need to steal your techniques! This worked so well!
 
Thanks! I love how it turned out! To be honest I knew I wanted an ice underside so I stole the scheme from Warhammer TV's YouTube channel.

I did my old metal Carny the same way, to look like ice but used a different technique mine is more white than blue.

Looks really good will you continue on the scheme with other models?

Nice! It is a little more white IRL.

I might do something with this scheme in the future. What? I don't know. But it will make a return someday, considering how well this Carno turned out.
