Jurassic Park was an amazing movie. Jurassic Park 2 was far weaker (the gymnastics vs. raptor ruined it for me). Jurassic Park 3 was absolutely horrible. While Jurassic World is far from being a great movie, in my opinion it is FAR better than Jurassic Park 3.

I talked about this a lot today. A full board Aviary for the Rippers/Terradons, Chameleon Skinks, and Koxs. Food Area with Skink Chief, Skanks, Salamanders and Knights. A legit entrance to the park with Kroak "statue", razordon, and handlers plus random kit bashed heroes from the movies. An absolutely wrecked area for a dread saurian. And I think the last will be a lake area. My girlfriend really wants to do some conversion for large, prehistoric marine reptiles.

A couple people at my local Games Workshop store want me to write up a scenario that would be try to escape the park.
 
That would deffinatly be a cool scenario how would it play out Lizardmen vs monsters or park goers i.e another race vs all the Lizardmen ? Its deffinatly an interesting idea. if you follow some tutorials for water you could do the ripples in the water effect from when the t-rex stomps around in the originals :P
 
It would be monsters(exempt from Battle line) versus either another race/lizardmen(exempt from hero restrictions).

Nice! I will have to check out those tutorials!
 
I forgot to upload this photo. It was my favorite that I took with better lighting at the shop. Painting will begin again this weekend as I start my race to finish before Oct 26.

No it was on the 15th. The painting deadline is a self set one. It marks 3 months of me painting.
 
Fantastic setup! Glad you were allow to showcase it in your shop! Great inspiration to everyone who loves the hobby, thanks for posting! I definitely took a great deal of effort and its great to see your efforts rewarded!








...As a side note, I thought the dinosaurs went extinct when the chaos moon was blown up by the newly-evolved rat creatures. Also heard that the surviving dinosaurs escaped the planet on space ships. Just sayin...

Dinosaurs didn't die. They just went home.
If only the real Mayan pyramids were spaceship crewed by Dinosaurs. It would make a lot of sense. :P

Hahaha. This is great! As a scientist I can confirm that since there isn't evidence saying that there wasn't Lizard aliens, means that there really was Lizard aliens piloting flying pyramids! Sound logic! :P :P

It would be a much simpler and noob friendly place. :cool: As much as I like AoS because it finally got me into this hobby, but I do understand the disdain for it.

Hell when I bought my Battalion Box my friend threw in the Lizardmen codex, I want to try WHFB but everyone I know hated the system and won't look back to it. :/

I wouldn't say I hated the system, but get far more enjoyment from AOS, so yeah there's no looking back! But that army book is great for some of the old world fluff which is nice to have for reference if you want to write fluff for your army.
 
Almost done! I just need to paint all the howdah skinks(10), Terradon Riders (6), Skink Chief, Skink Priest, and a Skink Star Priest! But they will go super fast, I hope, tomorrow.

But I was able to finish my other Howdaw, mostly.
