hi there

Our regular table-top group is running a Warhammer Fantasy campaign with each of us taking a 2-3 week turn GM'ing.....This Tuesday my turn starts and i am hammering out the details of the game i have written. just wondered if it was possible for halflings to be vampires in exceptional circumstances .........if the consensus is no, then I will just switch him to human... but would prefer halfling as he has MAJOR illusion magic....

I have only ever GM'ed once before
I Don't have a lot of experience with the system
