Yesterday, I primed a bunch of stuff that I'd been working on building off and on. Today, I started work on the Wyrmspat.

Been painting some more Dwarfs recently (a great weapon Warrior unit this time) as the weather’s been too bad to undercoat my remaining Celts and Romans

I played my Third battle in the Middle Earth Campaign of my battle companies.
There is a trend of the Minas Tirith company winning a lot... perhaps I will start over and add a third army, to mix up things a little more.

    Grrr, Imrahil

If you do, I recommend Dwarves, though if you want an affordable Battle Company I’d say you go for Kingdom of Khazad-Dum/Moria Dwarves or Erebor Reclaimed, because Iron Hills Dwarves are just ridiculously priced, even though they’re great models. My Middle Earth Dwarves would fit into the Khazad-Dum/Moria Dwarf army list of the new edition.

I have a box of the Basic Dwarf Warriors which I was planning to use for this. Perhaps convert some to Ironguards or Khazad Guards

An easier option for Iron Guard and Khazad Guard if you’re not planning to use your collection at GW tournaments would be the Oathmark Dwarf Heavy Infantry - they seem to be pretty close to Middle Earth scale and have the same design aesthetic. Khazad Guard can be made from the double-handed weapon option and Iron Guard can be made using some of the single hand weapons, as axes and swords are included

The Oathmark Dwarves are lovely models. I'm getting a box for Christmas and plan to add them to my kingdom.

My cavalry bases arrived in the mail. 40 of them. Ironically, it may not be enough.

Ah, a fellow railway modeller! Which scale do you work in?

I have some OO stuff of my own and am also becoming more and more the custodian of my great uncle's N-Gauge layout as in recent times he's decided to just sit in his chair and pretend to be an invalid all day rather than live some sort of life

Been a while since i posted here so why not.
Currently im working on some kroxigor, a saurus oldblood, and saurus eternity warden. Beautiful texture and detail but resin is mildly rage inducing.
Also to note is the fact that i got some liberators, which marks the end of me despising stormcast (forgive me, i needed something new to build).
Finally, im also converting some tau fusion blades, the very same weapons that makes my dad's space marines cry.

    Fun times :D

Worked on laying out and photographing my armies (not my paint jobs as I'm pretty crap at the painting). Enjoyed doing it anyways and put the link for them (Lizardmen, Tomb Kings) in my signature.

Well, I've been dabbling in model trains since I was 8 or so, and have changed gauge/scale several times over the years. In order I have done: HO, N, HO, S, Sn42, Sn3, and On30. But right now... (this will likely make you laugh):
    20201218_201012.jpg
On18... O scale trains on N scale (well, Peco HOn30/HOe to be specific) track. The diesel driver? He's made from IG tank commander bits.
