What are you doing today hobbywise?

Mostly waiting for the weather to brighten up a bit so I can take pictures of some miniatures. Still trying to decide on what to paint next: Stegadon, Saurus Guard or Rippers for Malign Portents. Slowly leaning towards Rippers as there are not many to paint compared to Saurus Guard (depends on what they want unit wise) and the Stegadon is quite a project for such a short amount of time.
 
Tonight I'm hosting my monthly learn to paint/community hobby hang out at my local shop
 
Not sure. Hoping my daughter will nap later this afternoon so I can get some painting in. I may go back and work on my Foot Knights. Either that or basing.

What models are you using?
 
Actually I'm starting building my terminators / paladins for my growing force of Grey Knights.
I've got very little free time, so it's going to be a mid-term project. :p

Are you going for the usual silver scheme or are you going to be Bold?
 
Im sulking because I'm working away this weekend when I have a Terradon to paint. To make it worse, I ordered some Saurus Warriors and they have arrived for collection at my local GW. So near but so far. I will have to pick them up Monday/Tuesday. :(

Get them shipped to your house?
 
Putting some Rippers together, found them half-built so it's a +1 there, why does this particular kit has terrible mold lines and is crazy fragile, trying to slowly remove them but the spears are slowly bending easily....
Also still deciding on other company miniatures for the undead bird army, I know I have a Flint-Fang for my Clan Moulder as a decorative piece so it's a matter of should I or not.
Third thing is that I am designing my own Plague Doctor inspired miniature for the army, only sketching so far.

For the GK I'm going to use the classic scheme, as I like it.

The next step will be to build a Black Templar force, but doing Knights Hospitallers using mainly red and white colors, claiming they are derived from BT.
