Garlic, paprika, salt. Olive oil. Cut potatoes into wedges. I try for 8ths, sometimes you have a weird shape. Soak wedges in ice water bath for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Mix oil and spices in bowl Lay out wedges on drying sheet. Pat dry them place in bowl with oil/spices. Toss repeatedly until the potatoes get the message. Air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes tossing/flipping/, rustling every 5 minutes

#Adventuresincooking volume 7 I have been wanting to cut my soda consumption. I still need caffeine to function though. Back in university I took Indian studies, and I vividly remember my professor making chai on a stovetop. Recalling this, I looked up a recipe, purchased ingredients, and had a mug filled in less than 6 minutes. I think this is the most full bodied cup of chai/tea I've ever made in my life.
Burgers on Hawaiian bread because we didn't have burger buns. Homemade mixture of 1 lb ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, a little paprika, a steak seasoning mix I have, a hemp based seasoning mix I have, some Worcestershire sauce, two eggs and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs Yield was 5 decently sized burgers. I also made chai for myself, instead of drinking soda.
If you're looking for a good cookbook, I would recommend A Feast Of Ice And Fire, the official Game of Thrones cookbook. My favorite recipes from are Sister's Stew (a seafood chowder type stew), Beef and Bacon Pie, Pork Pie, Cheese and Onion Pie and Trout wrapped in Bacon.

As you should be. That's your standard Betty crocker fudge brownie mix, sub butter for oil, sub whole milk for water, with added tollhouse chocolate chips. If you purchase both the mix and the chips in bulk at Sam's you have a cheap 1 sweet snack per night to keep you from randomly buying candy bars
