Last week I made katsu chicken with noodles and forgot to upload it. Mixed up a soy chili sauce too, although I think I need to add more garlic. I also ate a delicious chicken Caesar salad at our favorite Italian place in town a few days ago.
I picked up a backstrap and 4 quart bags of stew chunks from my hunting buddy today. I plan on attempting a venison stew with some of the chunks, and a venison vindaloo with the other 2 bags. No idea what to do with the backstrap yet.
