WHAT SHOULD I GET FOR MY LIZARDMEN ARMY?

[KROQ-GAR and GRYMLOQ]

Hello,
I have started a Lizardmen army 2 years ago and till now i have:

• 8 cold one riders
• 1 carnosaur (GRYMLOQ and KROQ GAR)
• 24 skinks
• 3 terradons (all skinks armed with fireleech bolas and Tiqtaq'to)
• 1 stegadon (what should i equip it with?)
• Gor-Rok
• Tetto'eko

I know that i have a LOT of heroes and lords but i will not use them all in my army.
I need to know what else i should get, how i should use my units as and what tactics I should follow.
