    No. Even Kroak+Slann will be a rare combination. There's absolutely no reason to take more than 1 slann now, unless you want thave fun with mass summoning. But this would be ineffective.

    What would be the most broadly useful weapon setup for the first unit of skinks? I have build some with blowgun and club - the reasoning was, a 5+ save would not save them anyway. Whats about the flying units? Is there any "most useful" setup? I was thinking about Terradon Riders with throwing spears for extra reach while grabbing far away objectives.

    witht he buffs to saurus go with the saurus box with the carnosaur. it benefits a safe ass headstrong style.

    blowguns and clubs are the best for skinks. as for teradons build what you think looks cool they aren't there for their range damage

    yall have no idea how much I was hoping they were gonna make spears and clubs a viable thing. I have 40 built that way because I didn't look at the description lol

    But it does. 5+ is twice as good as 6+. And since skinks only have 1" range on clubs, you won't be hitting with all 40 anyway. Yes, bolts + clubs have better potential, but it is very hard to use it all and something can easily go wrong.

    Terradons don't really need extra reach, because they already move 16", and you can make them run+shoot too. But yes, they are aren't there for ranged damage. But if they occasionally be within 6", bolas are way better. And spears are just meh anyway. And bolas look cooler.
