I've been asking a lot of questions lately! You guys are just so helpful I can't help myself :D

Is there a limit to the number of dice I can cast a spell with?
When do I get to take my look out sir rolls?
Can I allocate attacks to an enemy champion or other character?
What if that character is on a mount?
Do I have to roll to see where the attacks land or can I choose?

Is there a limit to the number of dice I can cast a spell with?

pg. 32 BRB maximum of 6 dice

When do I get to take my look out sir rolls?

When a character or champion is hit by a template attack and there are 5 or more rank and file models in the unit. p. 93.

Can I allocate attacks to an enemy champion or other character?

Yes, see "dividing attacks" on p. 48.

What if that character is on a mount?

If it is a monster (ie dragon, griffon, etc.) then attacks can be directed at either the rider or the mount. If it is a cavalry model, monstrous cav or monstrous beast it is considered a single model and all to hits/wounds are done against the rider's stats. See p. 104-106.

Do I have to roll to see where the attacks land or can I choose?

As noted above, you direct the attacks as indicated on p. 48.

Wow, thank you very much sir! I feel very silly for not being able to find those in the rule book  Thank you very much for going out of your way to find them for me.

You also get a 4+ LOS save from regular BS based shooting if you have a lone character that is close enough to a unit of the same type with 5+ guys in it.
