Scribbling some lines on paper

Many thanks. I tried making shadows on paper, but I just couldn't get it dark enough, so I went for PC. I really like Batman, and making the drawing, made me think that I should try watching the show, so I have begun on that.

I found another drawing that I had not shared yet, so here you go:

Captain Quark (or at least an attempt at drawing a part of him)

Oh, and I have an updated version of the penguin:

I like your drawings!
It looks so easy with just a pencil and some lines when a real artist does it, yet everything I draw looks like from XKCD. :D

I aim to please ;).
I am no real artist (still nice to be called that :D), and really I am just learning, but I am very glad you like it.
When I draw the base lines, I usually don't think it looks too great, but when I put shadows on, it takes the drawing up a notch, try to use shadows yourself when drawing, I bet you will see a positive effect.

Mega Charizard X (without mouth flames though):

How do you guys feel about Black and White drawings versus colored ones in general?

Awesome. I like that! Could make for a great video game character.

Awesome :D and funny you should say that actually; My father said something similar, and suggested it could be a nice kids comic book character.
It was quite fun to draw, and the design process was quite interesting (I think), and really it's nice to draw something simple like that, it's in the same vain as drawing Pokémon.
