Concept art of Temple guard.

Those look good!

Those temple guards looks fine :) can't wait to make them the forefront of my armies against elves, man and skaven! :-D

The way they have made them look very feral and almost like dinosaurs in JP, is just such a good fit. The Kroxigors would look fantastic if they're in the game with similar design! :D

I'd imagine that the Kroxigor will feature in the game (100% speculation on my part) and they will probably stick with the same aesthetic. I expect that they will look amazing.

I too, really can't see why they shouldn't be in the game. They are such an iconic part of the army book, and has been in there for so long, they'll probably just wait to reveal them til later. :)

Alternate heads and legs hopefully means that you'll be able of fielding various of different looking bastiladons :D maybe it'll even be possible to get both the ark and the crystal. However I'm unsure whether or not they will incorporate swarms, so we might miss out on the ark...

Is the Trogoldon going to make it into the game? Any pictures?

So far sadly none, but hopefully they simply haven't given out everything yet. They have really just shown what's in the trailer, the bastiladon, Stegadon, terradons and cold ones. I believe that's it so far, maybe they showed a quick picture of rippers, but I'm not sure, I'll have to rewatch that particular video again.

I could imagine that they would bring in the Trogolodon, if not for any other reason then that they could make it a bit more interesting to field, than it ever was in table top. I understand that they really like the challenge the lizardmen brings, so I wouldn't be suprised if we would get pretty much every beasts in the armybook, minus some variation, perhaps.

Even if the trog, or ark isn't in the core game, they might still come as DLC, as I already mentioned ;) Since they are starting to run dry in armies to add for DLC it makes since to do more army centric DLC, like Rise of Sotek or similar named DLC. (Should they add a core army from GW, beside the four mentioned, that would leave only three for next game, provided they don't regard DoW as such an army)

No fair, where is Zlaaq? How can we be shown Mazdamundi without Zlaaq?

Lords has a level system, like in rpg's. This means that they get their ability, like spells, slowly as they fight multiples of battles in game. They also need certain level to achieve their various of mounts. Typically the better mounts are late game, as I high level, above 15.
My guess is thus that he is simply been shown without Zlaaq, since he's a late level mount and he will not be there in early game. :) hopefully that's it

They haven't directly shown pictures of any troglodon's. But in their videos were they interview the game developers, there is a gaming table, were there is a troglodon, ripperdactyl, chameleon skinks and a frostheart Phoenix. So that table might foreshadow some of the units that will be in the game.

They showed Malekith without his dragon, Seraphon (GW truely have endless creativity in their naming of factions). It's probaly just not to spoil to much about the game so early on. But if Zlaaq isn't in the game we riot.
