I have never lost the plot. Also, it's not my sister who collects the trophies its the doctors at the hospital that she interns at that do. And apparently its a common thing.

It took me a second, but I was following the conversation path. Of course, I work on hospitals myself, and try not to ask the ER docs (or nurses, for that matter) about certain topics...
