The looming excitement that might be TW warhammer II

There is a few topics that could go into its own sub forum, but at this point not enough to justify another sub forum. Since the number of topics and traffic is what decide if a sub forum will survive or not.

So what you're saying is we should make more topics? :p

That was meant as "seconded"

Also, high elf roster is out. No lord level caster other than teclis

Interesting, but then again so far lord or hero level casters hasn't really been differentiate. They'll probably still have decent casters :)

Lord's tend to be a bit better stat-wise, allowing them to go into melee combat and vaguely survive unlike the heroes who just die, though they come at the downside of having to fill multiple skilltree's... or at least that seems to be the difference to me..

Have they released the army roster for the Dark Elves?

Any word on any potential Tomb Kings? (there probably won't be any news until after this release, but you never know)

I don't think they would be in 2. CA said they would do a trilogy, so 3 will take place either to the east of the Old World to give Ogres and possibly Hobgoblins, Chaos Dwarfs, Cathay, Nippon and Kingdoms of Ind, or they'll do Khemri and the Southlands where you'll get Tomb Kings, Araby, Lizardmen and Savage Orcs. Because Khemri and the Southlands provide more of a story I would say they will probably release TK in Warhammer 3 Total War.

We get the Southlands in 2

Tomb king does seem more likely in the second game than the third, if topography is to be the indicator for which armies will be featured. :)

So far they haven't even gotten to dark elves so it's tough to say anything for sure about the DLC factions ;)

Do we? Sorry my bad because I just thought it would be the New World with High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen and possibly Skaven
No apology needed.

Yes they've said we get the Southlands, and therioes have it as the home base of the Skaven with lizardmen AI factions there too

I think Kroq will start in the Southlands. It will make his campaign more unique, and a bit more Challenging. I Also think this because Teclis doesn't start in Ulthan, but on the dragon Isle.
