While the lumpyness corresponds largely to the current tabletop models I suppose

And clearly he needs to be dressed fancy for the game.

The butt is still weird though...

Electric frogs that appears to be on fire. The best artillery ammunition in the warhammer world.
 
By lumpy I mean like extreme cellulite lumpiness. :meh:

Well from a biological point of view I'll say not, since they don't share same kind of epidermis. mammals got skin underneath their fur, like birds, but amphibians has a living outer surface, so not exactly the same. Which would leave me to conclude that your right about them not having cellulite... also reptiles don't really put on weight like birds and mammals... :P

The Archeress is pretty neat! :D

Is that her own hair popping out i the H2 & H3 pictures? That looks wrong. Otherwise looks cool, a plate bra won't help her survive any longer but at least that trope is common enough in fantasy & at least she isn't fighting in high heels :p
 
Breast plates for men were also pretty commonly depicted as a naked torso, at least her armour doesn't have nipples ;)

True true, never quite understood why, not like proper plate doesn't look baddass to begin with. Adding in silly details that'd make the armor suicidal is just kind of moot at that point.

And at least a naked torso breastplate might still be functional as long as you don't overdo it. I think some of the fancier looking roman breastplates used to have them (even if those were mostly intended for parades or possibly a general faaaaar beyond the frontline)

Looks more like a chest plate, not just boob plate.

Yeah! I reckon you just summarized it pretty well, just there :D
I guess the fun part about fantasy is to over do it slightly, as long as it's to some extent is within reason. Like a female breast plate with a bra, and not a female bra, that happens to be made of metal :P

That should still be functional-ish. The blows should still be guided mostly off the body with the possibly exception of his mighty steel abs, there they are guided into a slit which would make the damage worse. To be honest, what's worse is the massive gaps in the armor around the joints, that could be done more efficiently :p

What's worse are the giant shoulder pads which would pretty much inhibit any movement and dexterity of the shoulder/arm.
 
Got a little nugget of knowledge about how the Lizardmen will play in the game.

"Lizard players will be able to see the 'geomantic web' - a network of magical energies or ley lines, that power them up. As such they'll be constantly seeking out and capturing sites that are important to the web, but seemingly random to other players, who can't see the magical tube map beneath their feet. It's a suitably confusing and alien mindset for one of Warhammer's most inscrutable races". - PC Gamer article.
