Quick pre-gym snack: scoop of peanut butter and some chocolate milk.
Half a pizza. Nothing else the whole day though.
Yesterday I had a half a meatball sub from Publix for dinner. The other half is my lunch today
Yesterday I had Turkey Tacos!
Oven baked BBQ chicken.
Made lasagna earlier today. I'm also baking a beef and bacon pie for a friend. Got the recipe for the pie from the Feast Of Ice & Fire cookbook.
I will be eating popcorn soon as I watch Avengers Infinity War!!!

Had a chicken sandwich with fries tonight. Free food at the University dining hall. Yay dining credits that are due to expire on my wife's card

One of my favourite foods. And not _that_ healthy to be honest....
Lentils are very healthy (depending of course on how you prepare them). Even the link you provided describes it as nutritious.
