Nutritious and healthy isn't the same though, is it? Anyway. Tasty is the main thing for me.
Anything can be made tasy. I am an expert in food flavoring.
The only problem is when diet comes into play
How are lentils not healthy? Good source of protein and fiber.... and are low in fat.
A quick google search will confirm....
There are hundreds of sources saying the same thing. Of course if you prepare them in an unhealthy way that is a different story, but that applies to all foods.
That should be great news... you love the taste and it is healthy as well.
It is. I just wonder if my favourite way of preparing lentils is that healthy. I fear it isnt.

So I ate a bagel with cheese for breakfast this morning.
Meunster is good
I used to do that. Microwaving it briefly to soften the cheese.
It is. Chellspecker insists it is spelt: Muenster [?]
I use a toaster oven normally.
