I agree, design tweaks need to be displayed alongside the other faces. So here we go all six together: These are the latest two from me ... added in to the original 2-3-4 and 6 faces...in black and white. Giving the eye face a pip is a new notion. The design above only tries to do two things: be a snake eye and be drawn glyph style like the other faces. Not sure where to put a pip on the Ones Face. Making a round pip serve as the pupil tends to wreck it looking like a snake. Snakes have vertical slits for pupils. That is kinda what I did. Only the Iris is much bigger than the pips on the other faces. And, also, it is white so the pupil can be black. I could flip the some of the colors around so that the iris is the black part I suppose.
I hate to keep throwing design demands but what if the above image had a "reverse" pip. A white circle in the eye? black and white Steggy looks great with the 2-4 and Kroak
It's Cool. Better to work it all out now... I think a circle within the vertical pupil will just read as a human eye turned 90 degrees. I have been trying to make the Iris solid, round, and black (with a white slit) but the dwarfs are demanding better wages....
A simpler, BUT darker eye................................. And an eye with a dot in the middle of the vertical slit. I am not a fan of the one on the right. It looks like a sideways man-thing eye or even a CBS logo.
I applied a bit of shrink-eye to the previous page's template. It looks like an eye and a one and chessex should manage that resolution OK, with maybe the eyelashes fattened up a bit. (a girl snake. How lovely!) But this brings me to an important question. These are to be lustria dice, right? Up till now, we have had Skaven and dwarfs involved in the design and manufacture, And Chaos and the Empire (sort of) possibly lizard ogres And now the Undead* Where will it all end? * Undead. You know. Like Chef says.** "That ain't no shrink-eye! I know a gods-damned zombie when I see one!" ** ** or possibly this guy.
Our lizards are secretly infiltrating all the other races. Ensuring their magics are inferior to ours. Designs are being sent to Chessex. We'll get some mock-ups to look at soon!
