I think it's probably okay where it is. I suppose if there was a problem one of the staff could shift it around to the right spot. Not trying to put extra work on the staff though! haha!

My blog is in this section but some prefer to put theirs in the other section, if you want it moving pm a staff member and they will sort it, other than that it is fine here.

I prefer the left one both for the highlight of the scales, both for the color of the crest ( the crest of the right one in my opinion seems to be too white and uniform... The crest of the left one looks more dirty and old. Remember that you are painting lizardmen who live in a tropical jungle and who fight every day... They can't look too clean in my opinion;) )

Both look good, regarding lacquer, one coat gloss then a matt coat over that offers the god protection, I give mine 2 coats of matt as I don't game often.

So my wife surprised me today with the age of sigmar starter set...and as happy as i am to get this am kind of sad on how my Heroic guy turned out. He used to have a mirror like finish on his full plate but once i gave him a glossy top coat, it eat the chrome finish and turned it to this...he still looks good but not the way i had hoped... anyone know how i could keep a Chrome or high reflective Finnish on models with hand painting

i used RUST-OLEUM ultra cover clear gloss. it did not change the color or look of the other paints just distorted the chrome Finnish

Also if the Chrome is a different type, enamel, polyurethane, etc it can react with the lacquer, was the chrome completely dry?

at first i was not going to make the spare unit have all crystal spears but then i made too much of the paint mix so i needed to use it :joyful:
