Yes, in fact head, scales on the tail and ending of the tail are carnosuar's parts. I will upload new photos in a week, when I add something new.

Red stuff is clay, it was used to form ground like structure.

I just love the castle! That drum adds so much character to it! And I love how you used the shields and the oldblood´s chair to make the front and the back! If I ever get to doing a custom stegadon castle, will I be allowed to copy get inspired form your war drum?

Absolutely I'm happy if someone gets idea from me. But that drum will be chair and something else will be drum .
Skink will sit on the top of drum, point ahead with a finger and hold a lance in another hand.
