Lack of updates again, been waiting on replies so yep.

Sitting here painting this Grey Hunter from Space Wolves, wondering if I painted the eye wrong. Hard to tell as he is squinting but I think I painted some of the bottom eyelid too. Not sure, it's really hard to tell.

Got some Dire Wolves ready along with some others in the steady collection for next years Armies on Parade, knowing me I will change my mind.

Still slow on the updates, seems like ever since I've caught the disease of Nurgle I haven't been able to do much. I got over it a while ago but I can't seem to get the motivation to get stuff done.

This was done last Thursday, haven't touched paint since then.

I'd suggest basing in silver, and then layering over top with a translucent red. I really like tamiyas translucent paints for this

Just a small update, sunlight makes it look different. Especially the hair.

While slowly chipping away at this miniature, I'm trying to think of colour schemes for many other models. Rethinking the Tyranids too, they are a tough one to pick a good scheme. Want something nice for them and theme, previous one never grew on me plus if I ran out of that mix of metallic it will be hard to recreate, so back to thinking. Then as DeadlyRecluse said I can go with a silver then red.
Also planning to write my own list, my boyfriend tends to lead the list writing but he knows his Tyranids so what surprise I can give really.

Tzeentch is slightly easier cause of all the main colours being blue, purple and that.

First miniature done for 2017, a bit dark the pics because it's raining out. Took a long while, especially when trying to work out the leather colour.
A mix of black, rhinox hide with layered karak stone with earthshade in areas.

Been busy putting models together, mostly Tzeentch. Going to put my Brood Horror together tomorrow, hopefully I will be able to use the model and the Wolf Rats in future games, being Forgeworld and all, but they are not crazy powerful models (But with the Wolf Rats, charge them in and make sure the Packmaster pokes them before, they will be hitting on 1+ If they can still be stacked.)

Also have plans for an update model for Ataxa, yes my Saurus character, forever wondering the realms. Need to update his rules too.
Will be using a Temple Guard body this time, I lack a Saurus from the Carno kit and everywhere is sold out at the moment.

Painting up some Tzeentch, slowly working away at the colour scheme.
So much to do but so little motivation.

Night Runners and a wingless Maw Krusha
    IMG_20170216_192449920.jpg

I have plans for the Maw Krusha, leaving the wings off for this project. Not sure if good idea or not, will need to fill the spots with green stuff if so.
Been working with so many recent release models, the Night Runners made me think at first :p but I still like the models. They are like miniature Rat Ogres, how the arms are so big.

Taking ages digging around for spares, need to sort the front out. The fan like piece from the Stegadon won't fit well, this is just a heavy amount of digging through and testing what pieces fit well.

    Holding the model together.

Work on the new Saurus character that I mentioned back in the fluff section.
Still a huge WIP, need to work out his shield arm and other décor, want to decorate the Cold One too.
Then I got asked why does he ambushes with a five-foot polearm. :p

I have so many conversion ideas but so slow at doing stuff.

Still slowly chipping away at projects, trying to finish off a Warsphinx. Saurus character is still going, trying to get the foam right, slowly getting there.
    IMG_20170223_202717608.jpg
Testing how the crew will fit here, no clue where the priest (still need to get one) will go.
I have so many ideas, still slow at doing things. Getting some Swamp Skinks done though, paint up the weapons and claws then they can be based with materials.

    Plus mini-announcement
    Coa'Xoch are coming

I wouldn't say that at all. You've got a very active thread here, filled with lots of amazing work. You don't give yourself enough credit.
