I have an entry I was working on for slanntas contest before you guys merged them and I just checked out the lustria page for the first time since I started the new job to see the sculpt contest still running! Would live to enter if there is still a few weeks left for me to get my paint on.

I have a been quiet as I hit a "slight" snag.

Someone rolled a 6 to hit and....

Poison foot.
I got bitten by a venomous spider (which raises questions seeing as I don't live in a country where venomous spiders live).
I ended up in A&E as a result, heh, what fun times....

That reminds me, I should buy a lottery ticket.

Spiders are the worst... No other critter gives me the heebie-jeebies like they. I feel your pain as I have been bitten twice myself and it's no fun. I will sacrifice many goblins upon the alter to speed your recovery... And maybe they will then keep thier freaky eight legged minions from your country.

Also if you see a place that looks like a white dot don't squeeze it!!! It is most likely where the bite is and it makes something like a zit as your body fights the venom and squeezing it spreads it inside you. I did this not resluxing I had a posionous bite and spent time in the hospital.

It was a false widow, I actually have the third official report of a false widow on my island (I caught it in a jar). The irony being in that week alone I encountered four, only one of which bit me.

I tried, but I couldn't, sitting down with the bitten foot elevated above my hip made things very difficult, it might sound odd, but it throws your whole body out of balance.

Sorry for doublr pics , doing this from cell at work. Thanks... I try to sculpt from the "skeleton" out. He is kneeling with a hand held up and one plan facing down but the hands and feet were added once o .the base. Wanted a different take on a Slann , wanted him to be the size of a greater demon and aggressive looking. Can't wait to get some feed back on finished sculpt
